100 Days Challenge


As i was goinhg thru my instagram and i came across a post on #100dayschallenge. Started on 1st of October, the challenge is to achieve your 2015 new year resolutions which you simply forgotten. More like ditching it. 

OR

Set a few goals to improve yourself. Everyday we pray to be a better person than yesterday. It must start with something. 

Here's some example:
- Pray 5 times a day ON TIME
- Perform Tahajjud everynight
- Perform Dhuha every morning 
- Wake up at 5am
- Lose Weight
- Eat Clean
And the list goes on...

Yes, in less than 3 months, it will be 2016. To achive this, change your mindset - mindshift. Its the most powerful thing. 

Do it now. 

Its never too late to start. You are not too old to change.
